The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful rural area next to a lily-filled lagoon. Along with modern comforts, you will find a covered barbecue area and a private pool. The house is easily accessible, just 12 km from the town of Póvoa de Varzim, its beaches, and the A28 motorway connecting Porto to Caminha. Barcelos is also 12 km away, and Apúlia beach is 5 km from the property. There are many steps inside and outside the house. The location is secluded, beside a lagoon with ducks, frogs, and various birds. You may hear typical village sounds like dogs, cats, and tractors, as well as experience the usual rural scents. Charging electric cars or camper vans is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on request and are available for an extra fee. The house water is not recommended for drinking. The pool is open year-round. Heating is available from November to March. A maintenance company has access to the garden for pool care, so please keep the gate closed and your pet supervised during these times to prevent them from leaving the property.
